It should be noted that on booking a driving lesson or an intensive driving undertow with All Pass Driving School, all pupils stipulate to undergo by the pursuit terms and conditions. The All Pass Driving contract of service is between the pupil concerned and his or her driving instructor. 1.ReceiptIf a vendee cancels their intensive driving undertow it is well-set that the undertow petrifaction fee is non-refundable unless the pupil has requested in writing to cancel their contract with All Pass Driving (herein referred to as APD) within 14 days of the prelude of the contract i.e. the receipt period will elapse without 14 days from the day/date that your petrifaction payment or undertow fee is paid in full (whichever payment is made first). In the event that a client/pupil has commenced thier intensive driving undertow surpassing the 14 day receipt period has elapsed it is well-set that the total undertow fee is non-refundable if the said client/pupil requests to cancel their intensive driving course. In such a scenario a refund will only be issued at the discretion of the APD tried driving instructor. If APD stipulate to refund a clients petrifaction payment an £85 receipt tuition will apply. In cases where APD decide to waive the £85 receipt fee (this will only be workable in extreme/irregular cases) a £37 wardship fee will wield instead. If a pupil cancels their intensive driving undertow once it has commenced and no volitional work can be sourced for the allocated driving instructor then the driving undertow fee will be charged in full.Receiptof a short notice intensive driving undertow (i.e. where start stage is less than 14 days from stage of booking) will NOT be possible and full payment of the booked intensive driving undertow fees will be required. If payment is not paid in full, legal assistance may be sought in order to recover the said intensive driving undertow fees.Deposit payments are non refundable other than the situations stated above. If a pupil asks to cancel their intensive driving undertow (and their request is approved) but requests to alimony the practical driving test stage which has been booked and paid for by APD on their behalf the receipt fee tuition will be £100 plus the practical driving test fee. This will only wield if the receipt request is approved. APD reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a pupils intensive driving undertow if operational circumstances dictate it necessary to do so. If a pupil cancels a booked driving undertow surpassing it has been completed it is well-set that APD are not obliged to pay for that pupils practical driving test and that any test booked will be cancelled unless the pupil reimburses APD the said test fee amount. If a pupil decides to cancel their intensive driving undertow surpassing the said intensive driving undertow is completed, it is well-set that APD will NOT pay for the said pupils practical driving test (it will be cancelled unless the pupil reimburses APD the test fee amount), or refund any monies paid unless otherwise agreed. When it has been well-set that a refund will be offered by APD to the pupil it is on the understanding and try-on that the discounted intensive driving undertow fee will no longer wield and that all lessons provided to stage will be charged at £27 per hour. However, as an act of goodwill we will gladly unbelieve any future intensive driving undertow booked by the said pupil within 3 months of them cancelling their original intensive driving course. All driving lessons (Standard Driving Lessons OR Intensive Driving Courses) require 48 hours’ notice of cancellation. If this isn’t provided, then the pupil will be charged for the cancelled lesson. If the APD driving instructor deems it necessary to cancel or terminate a pupils driving undertow considering of operational reasons which the pupil will be made enlightened of, then they will do so and refund the pupil for all outstanding driving lessons not taken. Failure to comply with our receipt policy will result in any intensive driving undertow or driving lesson booked stuff charged in full.Receiptrequests must be made in writing. 2. Time-Keeping All pre-agreed driving lessons must commence/finish on times well-set between pupil and driving instructor. If the pupil is late for his/her lesson for any reason, the time will still be chargeable. If the driving instructor is late, the time will be widow on at the end of the lesson or at flipside time suitable for the pupil. In situations where this isn't user-friendly for the pupil, then the time will not be chargeable. PLEASE NOTE: Your allocated driving may occasionaly be late by 15 - 20 mins for your appontment. Whilst we will unchangingly strive to limit this wherever and whenever possible we would like to highlight that sometimes stuff late is unavoidable due to fluctuations in road traffic; previous pupil delays; road traffic accidents; roadworks and delays caused by a practical driving tests lasting longer than anticipated. If your allocated driving instructor is later than this then we will happily reschedule your lesson for flipside stage at no financial loss to you. NB. If the hourly rate was £23 at time of a refund request, the total tuition for lessons taken will be “5 x £23″ = £115, leaving a refund of £45. 4. Intensive DrivingUndertowInformation A non-refundable petrifaction is to be paid prior to APD booking a prospective pupil onto an intensive driving course. A tuition of 3.4% + 0.20 pence will wield to all petrifaction payments. It should be noted that in wing to the petrifaction payment, any subsequent tuition fees paid are NOT refundable in the event that a pupil decides to cancel his/her period of driving tuition once the relevant booking has been wonted and well-set by APD and the pupil concerned. Once a pupil has made a petrifaction payment to APD, they must stipulate in writing (by email) for their said driving lesson/intensive driving undertow purchased to be conducted in vibrations with the APD terms and conditions. Failure to provide this written confirmation will result in the said pupils driving lesson/intensive driving undertow stuff placed on hold until they do so. A £15 booking fee will wield to the any test re-booking by APD. Normally, all of the training for our Intensive driving courses will be conducted between the hours of 9:00am - 5:00pm (Mon-Fri). Weekend, early morning and evening driving lessons are to be mutually well-set and serried between the pupil and their allocated APD driving instructor. If a pupil requires his/her lessons to be conducted on weekends, mornings or evenings, they must requite their allocated driving instructors at least 14 days’ notice. All pupils must well-constructed the APD Enrolment Form on the first day of their intensive driving undertow and ensure they receive a receipt for all monies paid to their allocated driving instructor. Furthmore, a reprinting of the pupil receipt will be provided to their allocated driving instructor. All pupil lessons must be logged at the end of each lesson as stuff completed by the pupil on the pupil daily record form. If a pupil requests a transpiration of driving instructor at any time without the prelude and during their intensive driving course, the transpiration must be mutually well-set between the pupil and their allocated APD driving instructor. If the APD driving instructor cannot source volitional work for the time remaining of the pupils intensive driving course, then the transpiration will be deemed commercially non-viable for the APD driving instructor and the undertow fee will be charged in full. In the event of a driving lesson, or part thereof stuff cancelled, no penalty on the undertow wastefulness payment will be incurred providing that the All Pass Driving (APD) instructor can source volitional work for the same training period in question. If this is not possible, the full training fee for the said training period may (at the discretion of the APD Driving instructor) be charged in full. Therefore, to ensure your APD instructor can source volitional work, the receipt of an intensive driving undertow will only be wonted within 7 working days (not including Saturday, Sunday orWallHolidays) of an intensive driving undertow stuff booked. If less than 7 days’ notice of receipt is given, the remaining intensive driving undertow fees MUST be paid in full without exception. If payment is not paid in full, legal assistance will be initiated to recover the said intensive driving undertow fees for whatever driving undertow booked.Receiptof a short notice intensive driving undertow (i.e. where start stage is less than 7 days from stage of booking), will NOT be possible and the remaining intensive driving undertow fees MUST be paid in full without exception. If payment is not paid in full, legal assistance will be initiated to recover the said outstanding intensive driving undertow fees for whatever driving undertow booked. Please note that intensive driving undertow petrifaction payments are non-refundable unless well-set by APD If a pupil decides to cancel their intensive driving undertow surpassing the said intensive driving undertow is completed, it is well-set that APD will NOT refund any monies paid. When it has been well-set that a refund will be offered by APD to the pupil it is on the understanding and try-on that the discounted intensive driving undertow fee will no longer wield and that all lessons provided to stage will be charged at £27 per hour.However, as an act of goodwill we will gladly unbelieve any future intensive driving undertow booked by the said pupil within 3 months of them cancelling their original intensive driving course. All other driving lessons require 48 hours’ notice of cancellation. Failure to comply with our receipt policy will result in any intensive driving undertow or driving lesson booked stuff charged in full.Receiptrequests must be made in writing and emailed to info@allpassdriving.co.uk When a pupil cancels their booked driving test and the money is refunded to APD, the pupil must re-book and sit their test within 6 weeks of initial test receipt date. Failure to do so will result in APD NOT paying for the pupils practical driving test. If a pupil fails to well-constructed their intensive driving undertow in full i.e. he/she does not well-constructed the full number of hours of driving tuition booked for their intensive driving course, APD reserve the right to cancel the said pupils practical driving test without exception. This ruling will moreover wield if a pupil cancels their driving undertow unless their allocated driving instructor can source volitional work for the same training period. The pupil will not be entitled to a refund of the DSA test fee for any driving undertow cancellation. If a pupil wants to postpone their intensive driving undertow they should discuss this matter with their allocated driving instructor. If the allocated instructor agrees to the postponement it should be noted that all hours should be completed surpassing sitting the practical driving test. If the pupil sits their practical driving test surpassing completing their intensive driving undertow it is well-set that no monies will be refunded. The pupil should only sit their practical driving test once they well-constructed their intensive driving course. If a pupil does not respond to any liaison made by their allocated ADI, it is well-set that APD reserve the right to cancel any driving lessons or driving test booked until liaison is re-established by the pupil. Once liaison has been re-established, the pupils allocated ADI will re-schedule any outstanding driving lessons where possible. Please note that if the pupil concerned has booked an intensive driving undertow they may not be worldly-wise to receive all of their remaining lessons if there is insufficient time to do so. If a pupil is woolgathering without prior try-on with their allocated driving instructor, the woolgathering time will be charged at the normal lesson or intensive driving undertow pro-rata rates. It is the sole responsibility of each pupil to trammels and stipulate their practical test stage and courses details when provided to them by APD and prior to paying the required deposit. If an error is identified without the petrifaction payment has been made, any pupil booking driving lessons or an intensive driving undertow of any descriptions agrees not to hold APD subject for any booking error made regarding driving undertow or practical driving test dates/details. Any such error made regarding driving undertow or practical driving test dates/details will be deemed as stuff the sole responsibility of the pupil concerned. Therefore a thorough trammels of any practical test stage and undertow details provided by APD must be made by the pupil concerned. It is moreover the pupils sole responsibility to ensure that they trammels their practical driving test stage each day to see if it has been reverted or cancelled by the DVSA. When an intensive driving undertow is booked and paid in full surpassing the prelude of the said intensive driving course, it is mutually well-set between the pupil and APD that the training for the said intensive driving undertow must embark and be completed within 3 months of the payment date.Withoutthis 3 month period has elapsed it is well-set that APD are not obliged to provide training. It is a condition of booking an intensive driving undertow with APD that: 1. Weekend practical test fee supplement charges/rates must be paid by the pupil concerned; 2. (ii) When the situation arises that a pupil books and pays for their own practical driving test, APD will refund the practical driving test fee ONLY without the said pupil has completed their intensive driving undertow and taken their practical driving test. (viii) When a pupil books their own practical test date, APD cannot and will not be held responsible if a pupil provides their allocated driving instructor with the incorrect test stage and/or time. In the event a pupil provides their allocated driving instructor with an incorrect test date/time, APD waive all responsibility. All practical driving test payment refunds must be invoiced by pupil. An admin fee of £27 will be charged for all practical driving tests booked, reverted or cancelled by www.allpassdriving.co.uk. 8. Use of APD Vehicle In the interests of customer, public and DSA staff safety, your ‘APD’ instructor reserves the right to withhold the use of their tuition vehicle for the practical driving test if, in their opinion, your driving is unquestionably or potentially dangerous. The practical driving test fee (currently £62) will be forfeited if your practical test is cancelled within three working days of the said test. 9. TestReceiptFour well-spoken working days’ notice of receipt or postponement is required by the DSA. Failure to provide the required notice will result in the loss of your test fee. Your ‘APD’ instructor cannot be held responsible for any postponement or receipt of tests by the DSA. However, he or she will do all that is possible to unify flipside test as quickly as possible and to help you to reuse expenses from the DSA. APD reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a pupils intensive driving undertow if operational circumstances dictate it necessary to do so. 10.WrongheadedWeather Conditions Your All Pass Driving instructor reserves the right to postpone or cancel any lesson if he/she feels that the weather or road conditions are unsuitable or dangerous for the proposed driving lesson to be conducted. Your All Pass Driving instructor will re-schedule any lessons cancelled considering of wrongheaded weather conditions for flipside stage and time suitable to both parties, at no spare forfeit to the pupil. Your All Pass Driving instructor cannot be held responsible for financing incurred by the pupil should he/she have to postpone any lessons, for whatever reasons. 11. Complaints Procedure In the plane that any APD pupil has a complaint well-nigh any speciality of their driving tuition, the pupil must make their complaint in the first instance to the relevant APD driving instructor.
